Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you charge for set-up?

For the most part, we do not charge for set-up costs.  If it’s a simple award/sign with an inscription and name with a company logo either found easily or provided by the customer, we do not charge.  If it’s complicated and takes more than a few minutes designing your engraving/printing, then we charge for set-up.  It’s best if you come prepared with your information ready.  If you have a lot of names and awards, we really appreciate an Excel File, checked for spelling by you.  If the spelling error is yours, we do not reprint for free.  We try to send proofs for all jobs.

What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products–if the error is ours–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.  We will reprint any error.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere in the continental US that can accept deliveries.  We do not ship overseas at this time.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions.  They are named Steven and Phillip.  We’re a small store, but we want to make our customers happy!

How much do you charge for shipping?

We prefer that customers pick up from the store, but it that’s not possible, we send photos by email or text before shipping.  We charge shipping costs and the costs of the materials.  Most of the time, we re-use our boxes, so it’s only the shipping costs.  We’re not going to get rich on shipping.

How do I order online?

You can order only so much on-line.  We encourage you to call or email, because we have to discuss the correct material, size and mounting.  If you are looking for something that will last for 6 months on a window, you need a calendared nylon and will save money.  If you want to mount something that will last 2 years, you need cast nylon.  It costs more but can last 2-7 years.

Laminating?  Is it worth it?

It depends on where it is and the traffic.  If you are having floor decals made in front of registers, then lamination will make those decals last 3-4 times as long.  On a wall or window?  Save your money.

Is there a minimum?

There is a minimum for small items like stickers.  Printing and cutting has a certain amount of wastage.  You should be thinking of 100 minimum for a small sticker order, and may need to wait for another order to combine with.

What is the wait time?

In our store, we get our supplies from 2 local warehouses for 90% of our needs.  We usually have our orders completed in 1-2 days.  Remember, we operate several machines; a laser engraver, a Direct to Substrate Logojet and a Roland SG2 large format inkjet.  We like ’em all humming.
